The Dayton Area Thermal Soarers meet once a month on the second Tuesday. May through September we meet at the flying field, and October through April the Beavercreek Library. January a club banquet is held at a site determined at the December meeting. March through November the club holds at least two contests per month. Normally the third Sunday of the month a Handlaunch or 2-Meter contest is held followed by an open winch contest.
The yearly dues for the Dayton Area Thermal Soarers is 25 dollars per year. Each family member who wishes to join, and holds a valid AMA membership requires an additional 0 dollars. "Absolutely free!" An initial 1 time fee of 1 dollar is required for each member joining the Dayton Area Thermal Soarers. Our application is provided as a standard ASCII text file.
